Tazmeen Amna Siddiqi is a marketing professional, published author, artist, and lifelong pet parent to multiple species. With an MBA and a background in literature, she blends strategic expertise with creative storytelling and is trained in dog behavior, deepening her commitment to animal welfare. A published author with two novels under Penguin Random House India, Tazmeen has been featured in leading media outlets. As an artist and advocate of artivism—activism through art, she uses creative expression to drive awareness for social and animal welfare causes. Now, as Managing Partner at Bira Foundation, she channels her five years of hands-on animal welfare experience into creating a more compassionate world for animals.

Nishtha Rampuria is a bold changemaker blending science, education, and community impact. With a degree in Global Health, Mathematics, and Biology from the University of Toronto, she transforms data into action, from UN-backed climate research to healthcare curriculum design. As a Change Mentor at Bira Foundation, she fosters grassroots resilience.

A passionate advocate for sustainability and education, she co-led a compost initiative in Delhi and developed a First Aid Education App recognized by the Indian Board of Education. A solo traveler across seven countries, she embraces diverse cultures with empathy. Through writing, music, and storytelling, she inspires change and builds a more compassionate world.
